It snowed in Kentucky last weekend, so I decided to try out Color Club Snowflake from the Enchanted Holiday mini set. I bought this set only because of Magic Elf, which is a bright, goldish green color that seemed unique among all of the holiday greens. But I also really like Snowflake, a sheer white with lots of blue and holographic glitter pieces. Over a light blue, it looks cold and wintery.
I picked Avon Vintage Blue for the base color because it’s the lightest, starkest blue that I have. Sephora Opi Havana Dreams looks greyer and a bit darker than Vintage Blue in the bottle, although I considered using that one, too. The swatch below shows two coats of Vintage Blue and two coats of Snowflake, with a little snowflake nail decal that also came with the Enchanted Holiday set. Vintage Blue applies well and isn’t streaky, even though it’s so light.

The Color Club Enchanted Holiday bottles are so cute! I really liked the glitter in Snowflake-it flashes a lot of bright blue and purplish colors, and I think it’ll be nice even in the spring or summer. I’m not a big fan of the gold or red color, but I think the set was worth it just for Snowflake and Magic Elf.
